A psychodynamic approach to psychotherapy explores how past experiences shape current behavioural and emotional patterns. Often, this approach involves examining emerging dynamics in the therapeutic relationship.
Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a practice that involves paying a particular type of attention to the present moment, without judgement. One of the goals of mindfulness is to be able to accept experiences as they are, rather than trying to change or control them.
Behaviour Analysis

The use of behaviour analytic principles in psychotherapy involves applying learning theory to understand and modify maladaptive behaviours. This approach helps connect behaviour change to an individual's core values in a meaningful way.
I work with individuals, ages 14 and up, for 1:1 psychotherapy.
