About
My Practice
Specifications
I am a registered member with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
Registration Number 11958

I hope to provide each client with the support they need through an individualized and collaborative approach. In my practice, I am primarily drawn to a psychodynamic orientation, exploring the roots of the issues at hand. In other words, addressing the cause rather than the symptoms alone.
At the same time, I value an integrative approach to therapy and always consider clients within the biopsychosocial model. Together, we assess needs, both met and unmet, across biological factors (i.e., physical wellbeing), psychological factors (i.e., mental and emotional wellbeing), and social factors (i.e., supportive relationships). My intention is to work alongside clients to help them meet their own basic and complex needs with increasing confidence and capacity.
My education has focused on behaviour analysis, counselling psychology, and psychoanalytic principles. Since 2018, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, providing behavioural and psychological services to children, teens, and adults.
